All sessions are conducted via Telehealth. I strive to help clients facing challenges in their individual, marriage, family or other aspects of life make positive changes, by compassionately confronting limiting beliefs, self-doubts, and fears. If you are experiencing symptoms, or have a vision for change and want help attaining it in a non-judgmental and supportive atmosphere, I can help you achieve your goals.

I specialize in offering psychotherapy, coaching, and mindfulness-based stress reduction to individuals from the age of 16 through late adulthood. Irrespective of age, we all stand to gain from having a compassionate ear, a sounding board for ideas, and the opportunity to acquire new insights and knowledge.

I understand that life can present us with various challenges and obstacles that can make it difficult to create the life we truly desire.
