I offer support to people by helping them explore their inner emotional experiences, thought processes and relational patterns. I encourage others to navigate and express their feelings in a way that generates long-term improvements for people suffering from depression, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, and the effects of trauma. As a therapist I create a trusting, judgment free supportive environment where you are welcome to be your authentic self.

I have experience counseling adults, college students and adolescents. I have worked with individuals with many different experiences, challenges and struggles. I graduated from Northern Vermont University with a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

I am located in Montpelier Vermont where I offer in-person and telehealth therapy. I am currently taking referrals. Please reach out with any questions or to schedule an appointment.
