Authenticity matters and I strive to be open with my own feelings/thoughts as I walk alongside your healing journey and get to know the wisdom you have within. I use Internal Family Systems, EMDR, somatic, & hypnosis to guide you inward to explore, get to know parts of yourself you’ve hidden/disowned and heal wounds. Clearing space for what it is you desire.
