I work with couples, college students and mature adults. I use a combination of approaches in order to provide the best care that fits you including Motivational Interviewing, Co-Occurring Disorders, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Using a trauma informed lens I offer support and guidance in order for you to reach your goals.
