Women's Retreat

I offer women's weekend retreats. Enjoy a weekend of self care as we nurture our souls, explore our own self narratives and create new pathways for our hearts to travel. Spend two nights and three days in a lovely setting that with a small group of women. Every detail of the weekend is created with the intention of holding space for you to find and explore your life transition. You will be invited to participate in group and solo mediations, workshops and therapeutic circles. Nurture your body with lovingly prepared meals in a communal setting.
