I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing depression, excessive worry and stress, obsessive thinking, and compulsive behaviors. I use innovative and evidence-based strategies that help facilitate mental wellness. I provide a program for children and adolescents with mild autism/Asperger's Disorder that promotes improvement in perspective-taking and flexible thinking, while addressing social deficits and associated emotional-behavioral issues.
I specialize in systematic, cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) for children, adolescents, and adults with emotional, and behavioral difficulties. I provide short-term, individual therapy for anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges; group therapy for mild autism; and I also am an EAGALA certified provider of equine assisted psychotherapy.

Groups
Social Skills Program
Social skills program for children and adolescents with mild autism/Asperger's Disorder. The program is comprised of weekly social skills groups and twice-monthly parent training meetings. Supplemental equine assisted learning groups are available at Five Horses, LLC. CBT/Social Learning techniques are utilized to facilitate perspective-taking, flexible thinking, and improve social skills and awareness. Elementary, junior high, and high school groups are available. The program is tuition-based with payment due on the first of the month.
