As we explore your story, I’ll help you move from trauma to healing, shame to self-compassion, and anxiety to freedom.

I’m particularly passionate about working individuals, couples and creatives, specializing in trauma, racial identity development, social anxiety, and self worth. As an integrative therapist, I'm also open to a faith-based approach for clients seeking a therapist with a Christian background.

As a poet and storyteller, I believe everyone has a unique voice and a perspective that matters. You might be in a painful place to now, but you don’t have to stay there.
