I offer counseling, groups, professional EMDR training, and consultation services. I am an approved clinical board supervisor. My specialties are trauma, social anxiety, depression, and grief/loss. I provide tools so individuals can begin to move forward. I educate clients on the impact of the mind-body component, communication, and stress.
I have twenty-six years of experience and have worked in private practice, hospitals, and schools. I utilize Client-Centered, Cognitive/Behavioral, EMDR, and Existential theories. I am a Certified EMDRIA therapist, an Approved EMDR consultant and trainer, and an approved Clinical Supervisor for Virginia. I offer a variety of skills to clients.
