With my specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Seed Digging, and Sand Tray Therapy, I'd like to help you begin addressing the roots of your pain, overcome your past and begin looking towards your future. To help working folks get the help they need, I offer evening an weekend appointments.
In addition to helping adults regain control of their lives, I have a HUGE heart for kids and spend much of my week working as a local school-based therapist. I've also raised my own children, experienced the ups and down as a business owner and seen my fair share of life. There's a good chance, no matter where you're coming from, I've spent some time there.
As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, I consult with our team of therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in different issues, ensuring that all possible treatment approaches are considered. If we encounter problems outside my areas of expertise, I can provide seamless referrals, including testing and medication management, to get you the help you need.
