Are you navigating a difficult transition? Feeling stuck in a family, work, or relationship issue? Is anxiety, stress, grief, anger or depression keeping you from living the life you want? Do you like the idea of working in person and outdoors? I work with those who aspire to grow, especially those who love nature. My holistic approach incorporates body, mind, spirit, and nature. I help you connect to your body and to nature in a way that illuminates the brilliant core essence of who you are.
I integrate psychotherapy, mindfulness, gentle somatic therapy, and healing ceremonies - outdoors! Nature calms the nervous system, mirrors our strengths and provides the answers we need. I have decades of experience helping people heal, guiding people outdoors, teaching mindfulness, and working as a field biologist and community mental health therapist.
Peace, balance, insight, clarity, and joy are within reach. Nature heals and empowers: I know this from my own lived experience and witnessing change in others (research backs this). Come take a walk and talk with me: I would be honored to accompany you on your healing journey. My outdoor sessions are 90 minutes, allowing for both talk and experiential work.
