Body Alive! Women's Group

Women + movement + art + meditation = sourcing your greatest self! As women, when we lose connection with our bodies, we lose access to one of our greatest sources of connection, creativity and well-being. In this closed, 6 session workshop, we use movement, art-making, meditation, and council with other women to begin to reveal and heal blocks connecting you with your best self. These groups are supportive, fun, joyful, as well as deep and effective.
