Anxiety and depression are both something that affects us all. I’ve been working with individuals, families, children and marriages for over ten years. I offer a direct approach to counseling that challenges a person’s mental narrative. My approach is rooted in my clinical training as well as founded on my understanding of the Gospel of Christ.

I believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and as such I see Christ as objective truth. While it’s important to consider all the clinical impacts of mental health, it’s equally as if not more important to consider life and mental health issues through the lens of the gospel as I believe it offers grace, compassion and healing.
