Life is a journey and striving to be our best self is an ongoing task. Throughout life difficulties arise like marital difficulties, divorce, parenting uncertainties, career changes, mental health symptoms, addiction, life-span transitions, family relationships, traumatic events, and more. Part of the journey in life is adapting and coping to changes, while discovering oneself. Together, we are a team, working toward the same goal. As your therapist I offer support, but will also ensure you are lovingly challenged toward personal growth.
I see individuals (18+), families, and couples. I see divorcing parents navigating the difficult terrain of co-parenting after divorce. Additionally, individuals who want to live more authentically. Other areas: relationship difficulties (Marriage/Dating), substance misuse/long-term recovery, emot. eating, infidelity, and smoking cessation.
I am a holistic therapist, thus I consider all aspects of one's life (spiritual, nutrition, physical, mental, social). I use a variety of techniques that include hypnotherapy, chakra work, artistic expression, talk-therapy, and dreamwork.
