Deciding to start therapy takes bravery and courage. Acknowledging that racing thoughts, anxious feelings, chronic arguing with a significant other, and mood swings are signaling that something is not right is the first step towards really taking care of yourself. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic worry, or have recently experienced a difficult life event, you don’t have to face these things alone. I am honored to accompany you through this process of working through difficult life situations and negative feelings, to achieve relief and healing.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, LGBTQIA affirming, & certified in EMDR therapy. I work with clients using a trauma-informed approach. My areas of expertise include: anxiety, complex trauma, anger, dissociation (spacing out), depression, grief, family & relationship conflicts, and working with individuals & couples who identify as neurodiverse.

I speak from personal and professional experience when I say that life is hard. Things happen to us that cause us to fall apart. Healing, growth, and relief from anxiety and depression are possible.
