I'm comfortable working with clients from diverse and varied backgrounds, and I've worked in outpatient and community mental health, intensive residential, hospitals and correctional settings. As a result, I've developed a real respect for the many ways we all deal with issues and struggle through life the best we can.
I work with people experiencing depression and anxiety, anger issues, substance abuse, and different forms of trauma and abuse, especially with men. I also specialize in guiding you through personal growth, exploring a deeper, more authentic approach to living through increased self-awareness, insight, and mindfulness
I bring a unique mind-body perspective synthesized from having taught martial arts for 20 years.. Finally, I find renewal in the natural world, getting outside to tend the bees, practice awareness of the natural world, seeking wholeness, meaning, and connection.
