Adult Group Therapy

This group is comprised of up to 6 members and meets on a weekly basis for 75 minutes/session. Group work is a powerful means of therapy to better know yourself amongst, with and from your peers. In addition, the growing sense of community and "family" that occurs in the group allows for deeper awareness for intimacy in one's life. Individuals will be caringly challenged to group by group members as well from me, the facilitator. Group therapy is a passion of mine - I train clinician and lecture professionals.
