I have 25 years of experience working with adults, children, adolescents and families who have been in situations of abuse, neglect, grief, separation/loss, and life transitions. I work with people who have depression, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and ADHD. I individualize therapy to fit the person. I use CBT, Solution Focused, and Strength Based Therapy.
I believe that everyone has strengths and self-worth and has the right to be loved for who they are. I believe that people can make their own choices and choose the direction they want their life to go. I can provide a calm, understanding, non-judgmental and respectful environment to help you understand this and empower you to work through life stresses.
