You own the home biofeedback device FocusCalm that includes biofeedback headband. FocusCalm subscription varies. Also included is our monthly PQ group zoom meeting and 6 week zoom meeting for beginner groups. You have access to the 24 hour PQ coaching app & FocusCalm team tech support. Limited seating. Bereavement groups are the best option for learning to managing the intense feelings of loss and to come to the acceptance of change.
