Anger Management
We offer a 15-week Anger Management group that meets the requirements of the courts. This group is for working, non-addicted adults. At the end of the course clients will receive a certificate of completion. At present, this group meets every Thursday evening and is $45/week. Additional group times are offered, depending on demand.

Empowerment & Self-Esteem for Adolescent Girls
Self-worth & happiness will be key components of each group. Through activities, games, direct instruction, and conversation, the girls will be aided in developing their whole selves. The goals of this group are to increase the client's ability to make safe and healthy choices, increase self-confidence and self-esteem, and increase appropriate interpersonal interaction.

Coping with Chronic Pain
Are you suffering with Chronic Pain? Do you find yourself feeling more anxious or depressed since having Chronic Pain? Are you more irritable with family and friends when your pain level increases? Do you think your quality of life would improve if you had skills to manage or cope with the pain? Be Well Counseling is offering a group to educate clients on the brutal cycle of pain and depression, as well as how to break this cycle, develop insight, and apply positive coping methods.
