Teen Cutters - Anxiety - Depression - Anger Group
In person North Dakota Group. This group will begin meeting each Sunday at 3:00 PM to 4:15 PM when all seats are full with a total of 6 participating teens. Ages 12 to 18. In the mean-time please ask about one on one sessions; I do offer a sliding scale fee to those that cannot afford to pay my regular rate. (currently waitlisted)

Teen Social Support Group - Depression Anxiety
This MINOT North Dakota group will begin meeting weekly on Sunday afternoons at 3:00 PM to 4:15 PM when all seats are full for a total of 4 - 6 participating teens. Focus is on coping, social skills and mindfulness through Art and Talk Therapy. Masks can be worn but are not mandatory, seats will be spaced out accordingly, hands washed upon entry, and anyone exposed to the ill or feeling ill is asked to stay home for a period of 10-14 days but can still participate through Zoom.
