This is accomplished through various structured evidenced based counseling methods and techniques.
I don't treat all populations or issues & concerns. I specialize in treating adults with anxiety disorders. Since my focus is on one area & not a multitude of areas, I am able to stay up to date with current treatment methods in order to provide the most effective care.
