Accepting New Clients: My specialty is with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, and PTSD symptoms. Trauma can lead to issues with self worth and behaviors which can be detrimental to having a healthy and happy life. I will work with you to determine your goals and introduce you to different treatments which can help you. My main focus is treating trauma. I am certified in EMDR therapy and I help people with attachment issues, and developmental trauma. I am also intensively trained to provide Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which helps clients use skills to regulate emotions, tolerating distress, and improve your relationship in their day to day life.
