I work with adults, teens and married couples dealing with issues of depression, anxiety, relational difficulties, sexual difficulties, and spiritual formation. I provide individual and marital counseling, per-marital counseling, and as my schedule permits, group counseling.
My counseling work is grounded in a Christian worldview. In addition, I make use of an Interpersonal Process counseling model, which is an integrative counseling approach incorporating elements of Family Systems Theory, Attachment Theory, and Cognitive-Behavioral Theory. I also use elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy in my approach.
The Karis House Counseling Network has two locations in St. Louis and offers virtual sessions.
