Welcome! I know many only seek therapy when parts of their life feel deeply painful and unsustainable; I’d love to help you find relief, peace and clarity in your world. My goal each session is to provide a safe, warm, non-judgmental and honest space to explore your thoughts and feelings. I have extensive experience working with big life transitions like breakups, moves, graduations, career changes, and processing through the anxiety, depression and grief that often co-occur. My passion is empowering my clients to authentically examine themselves and their relationships so they can discover how best to live a life they want & need.
I work with any couple struggling to effectively communicate feelings, thoughts, needs & who have intimacy issues. I also work with couples who've endured a big rupture like an affair or other betrayal, and who need guidance determining next steps. You can expect a safe space to explore the origin of unhelpful patterns & how best to repair your relationship.
If you need support deciding how to proceed with any relationship, or have ended things, I can help guide you through your feelings. I'd love to help you heal from betrayals, manipulation or emotional abuse inflicted by difficult/antagonistic or narcissistic people. If you feel disappointed, angry, confused, crazy or unwell, I can help you work through this.
