Welcome! Foremost, my goal is to provide a safe space for individuals and families to learn more about themselves and the current issues that led them to my office. I treat a range of emotional and behavioral concerns in children, adolescents, and adults; I work in individual, group, couples, and family formats. In addition, I provide comprehensive testing, including detailed analyses of attention, social, emotional, behavioral, and personality. My therapeutic technique is integrative; I incorporate research-based methods from the Gottman Method (Level 3 trained), CBT, ACT, interpersonal, and systemic theories.
I value nurturing a safe, trusting relationship between therapist and client. I believe this is the foundation for effectively addressing current concerns and developing skills. In this safe space, my clients are able to explore issues and concerns while opening up to new perspectives and approaching problems in new ways.
Many of my clients pursue therapy to: alleviate anxiety and mood concerns; explore personal identity; address relationship concerns; target behavioral problems in the home and/or school; and to better understand academic performance. My clients consistently express gratitude for respectful treatment, and appreciation of my genuine, direct, and caring style.

I Am....Women's Book Club and Support Group
This is a group intended for women who may or may not already identify as middle aged and who are interested in reconnecting with their own sense of self-love and self-compassion. The goal of this group is to support each other on a journey back to self-love, self-compassion, and the knowing that "I am....ENOUGH." The group will meet over lunch to review a chapter a week from a workbook written for women. Book and lunch provided!
