Hello there! My name is Amanda and I work as a private practice counselor in lovely Grants Pass Oregon! I work with a wide array of individuals from many different backgrounds, for many different reasons. I have completed training to work with clients in many different areas, such as Crisis and Trauma, Military Veterans, Active Service Members, and their Families, as well as Couples and Marriage Counseling, and treat everything from Depression and Anxiety to Addictions and Suicidal Thoughts. I really have a passion for this work, and equally enjoy working with people in any way I can.
My specialty at the moment is treating individuals experiencing Anxiety and struggles with Family Dynamics, as well as Couples and Marriage Counseling utilizing the Gottman method, which is renowned for it's research and outcomes.
I truly believe that everyone has the potential to get better if they truly desire it, and I love being a part of that process. I have built a career on a foundation of passion for Human Services, and a genuine appreciation of people at any level.
