During our four days together we will explore vulnerability, trust, boundaries, and how to heal the relationship we have with ourselves in order to create the lives and relationships that we want. Utilizing Brené Brown’s groundbreaking research, we will dive deeper into how we can be better at actually feeling our emotions, increase our resilience to stress and trauma, and develop a sense of home within ourselves. Girls Daring Greatly
Being a teen girl is a conflicting experience. Pressure to be perfect is exhausting, while the feelings of being "not enough" and constant self-judging are pervasive. The desire to fit in is overwhelming. Through engaging, creative, hands-on exercises, teens discover and experience the difference between fitting in and belonging. This group also gives young women the opportunity to develop their own definitions of trust and courage, practice self-compassion, tap into their authenticity, identify their personal values, and engage in their lives and relationships from a place of worthiness. We will incorporate Art, Yoga, and Discussion!
