The Seven Principles of Making Marriage Work
John Gottman, Ph.D., has learned what makes relationship work by studying and following over 3000 couples for 30+ years of research. The Seven Principles of Making Marriage Work are the result. This group focuses on these findings by helping participants foster respect, affection, and closeness; build and share a deeper connection with each other's inner world; manage conflict in a calm manner; break through and manage gridlock; and strengthen and maintain success in relationship.
