Each person has a unique ability to heal themselves or grow in the area of their choice. In my work with individuals, couples, and families, I strive to personalize services based on the needs and input of my clients so they obtain the quality of support they are looking for. A passion of mine is to empower individuals and families to strengthen their personal relationships so each person may reach their true potential. I strive to create a supportive environment for individuals to grow and learn regardless of age, gender, culture, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation.

In order to provide high-quality services for my clients, I commonly use practices shown to be effective through research. Areas of specialized training include working with couples and families, Autism spectrum disorders, trauma informed care, attachment, promoting social and emotional skills and preventing challenging behavior in young children.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and endorsed in Colorado as an Infant Mental Health Clinical Mentor. This endorsement requires substantial training and experience in addressing the unique needs of young children and their families. This includes pregnancy and postpartum related topics.
