My approach to psychiatry is based on the principle that the human spirit is resilient and has the ability to heal when supported. With that in mind, I use an integrative approach to help my patients achieve greater mental health and well-being. I work with individuals who have depression, anxiety, unresolved traumas, concentration difficulties, unfulfilling relationships, and career and academic difficulties transform their challenges into personal growth and self-realization. I seek to help people live healthy and meaningful lives.
Integrative Psychiatry uses traditional and modern healing techniques to guide an individual to his or her healthiest potential. Following an extensive psychiatric evaluation, patients are provided with a treatment plan that may include dietary modifications, nutritional supplementation, contemplative practices, psychotherapy and if appropriate, medication.
If you would like to see me, I will work with you to identify your innate strengths and develop a strategy to use them as a foundation for your personal healing and growth. Though I don't take insurance, I will provide you with paperwork to submit for reimbursement.
