Since our society has shifted into a high tech world, text and email communication has dominated. Communication (TALKING to and with one another) has suffered. Real consequences include an epidemic OF lonliness among all age groups. Anxiety and depression are not uncommon and medications to treat those symtoms have shot out of the roof. Marital distress and divorce rates and have risen alarmingly. Suicide rates also. Communication of our needs and feelings often aren't expressed at all, or in ways that do not result in understanding and resolutions. With no resolution comes isolation.

My specialities focus on: how are you can better identify and communicate with yourself! and important others. I support you to figure out: "What's my self-talk and Life Story? Is it working for me?" I help you explore that; to observe, listen and acess; to dump your shame and mindfully choose solutions that work FOR you. Things change when we change.

We all want and need to feel truly ourselves (not the fake one we using with different people). And feel accepted and meaningful. I like to Be with people, and walk their path! I don't "go to work!" I do what I love: listen! understand! explore! teach! No judging! I honor and respect each individual's uniqueness. I like to help. And usually do.

ParentingThrough Divorce Transitions

Support/guidance through divorce issues with parenting and transitions: grief work, parenting plans, dealing with distrust, financial fears, work transitions, etc.. In every divorce, there is a Loss to be absorbed and a Gain to be realized. Parenting agreements are critical for establishing a secure emotional base for the children. Totally confidential, we use a book (Mom's House, Dad's House), written exercises, and group discussion. Limited to 8 people, cost is $25 per person; meets weekly for four sessions. Open to men and/or women, couples. Required to pay for all four weeks at start of group.

I myself visualized my health in specific ways, very successfully; when I was recovering from ovarian cancer 24 years ago. There is massive evidence that visualizing is enormously effective in many areas: illness recovery, happiness & general well-being, sleep enhancement, weight control, etc. Read my article on Visualization, Our Mind Movie. Beginning in mid-August, group is $40; four sessions; men & women welcome; 1-1/2 hours; pay all sessions at beginning of group.
