In my practice, I strive to provide high quality and dynamic individual, couples, and family therapy to pre-teens, adolescents, and adults. I have two convenient office locations, and have successfully provided individualized treatment to clients and their families over the past twelve years. My practice utilizes a sliding fee scale because I believe that everyone should have access to the help they need. It is a very personal and empowering decision to make the first call and initiate therapy, and at my practice we would love to work with you to help you achieve your goals throughout that journey.
I have a passion for working with my clients, and truly love what I do. With a dynamic and eclectic approach, I work closely with my clients to successfully treat a myriad of clinical issues. I pledge to be attentive and non-judgemental to best help you achieve your goals.
I have two convenient locations servicing clients in both Monmouth and Bergan counties. I provide therapeutic services in a beautiful Victorian home in downtown Red Bank, and also have a secondary office where I comfortably and confidentially conduct therapy in the center of downtown Ramsey.

Woman's Autism and Nerodivergant Group
I run a virtual group for woman that are high functioning autism or neurodivergent on Mondays at 3:30. This group is an open process forum and deals with issues relating to navigating a neurotypical world, being a neurodivergent woman. We discuss anything and everything relating top our challenges and experiences while receiving support, coping strategies, and guidance.
