This masked lifestyle causes great distress on the mind, body, and spirit resulting in varying symptoms such as depression, isolation, anxiety, disordered eating, relationship issues, body image disturbance, health problems...etc. Psychotherapy can be a place to help people achieve their life goals, make life changes, move through difficult transitions or better understand ongoing relational concerns. Offering a compassionate and collaborative environment, I can help you develop coping strategies that promote acceptance, healing, and the creation of a more meaningful life.
I specialize in treating eating disorders and work closely with a team which includes a nutritionist and your doctor. Using evidenced based practice, I have an integrative eclectic approach which includes cognitive behavioral therapy, guided imagery, dialectical behavioral therapy, art, spirituality, mindfullness techniques, yoga asana, and psycho-education.

TCTSY is an empirically validated adjunctive treatment that is specifically designed for Complex Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). TCTSY group sessions differ from typical yoga classes in that all of the components of the group are informed by Trauma Theory, Attachment Theory and Neuroscience. It's designed to create a safe space to explore being present in your body, decide how to move in your body, and cultivate awareness of body sensations. Along with understanding the components of TCTSY, you will also have an opportunity to experience TCTSY. Please join us to explore this exciting offering.

Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) is an empirically validated adjunctive treatment for Complex Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
