You don't know why you can't "just forget" what happened and move on? Are you frozen with anxiety, depression, fear? Do you need an alcohol evaluation after a DUI? If so, I'd like to work together in a non-judgmental, caring partnership to help you find answers. I am dually licensed as a mental health & provisional drug/alcohol counselor who's trained to provide court ordered substance use evaluations. I'm a Nationally Certified Counselor by the NBCC, and EMDR basic trained working toward EMDR certification. I also provide low cost DUI Evaluations.
I prefer to work within a framework of adaptive information processing. Clinically proven EMDR methods can help for decreasing anxiety and depression and increasing self esteem. I am trained in using EMDR to decrease unwanted behaviors such as smoking, porn use, love addiction, using the Feeling State Addiction Protocol.
I'm specially trained in emotional adjustments after abortion. I provide low-cost affordable alcohol/drug evaluations, and alcohol/drug outpatient treatment.
