I utilize holistic psychotherapy to find the root causes of what is causing your symptoms. We will first treat symptoms to get you feeling better, reduce anxiety, and manage stress. Then we will use science and health techniques to help your body and mind to heal from trauma or physiological imbalances.

I offer individual appointments to create a unique experience tailored to you.
