I believe in people and the potential for change and growth in their lives. I see therapy as a partnership in facilitating that change. I help people to free themselves from various things that hold them down, guilt, anger, shame, addictions, anxiety... I attempt to help people establish a more solid foundation of self worth, balance, love and flexibility to be able to negotiate the world, their relationships and themselves more successfully.

I am trained as an emotion-focused couples therapist which uses attachment as a means to build understanding, empathy, and connection between two individuals who are seeking to rebuild their relationship, whether that be romantic, family ect. It is a powerful therapeutic process that taps into and brings healing to the attachment injuries we all can carry.

I am a person who can identify with struggle, pain, and despair but can also attest to perseverance, joy and hope. I am genuinely interested in helping others overcome difficult circumstances and create lives with greater freedom and fulfillment. We can't avoid suffering in this life but we can heal through finding ways to live, love and cope in the world.
