My treatment approach is interactive solution-focused brief therapy. The goal is always to serve you with an empathic ear and expert counseling. As an NLP practitioner, I can also do sessions, especially for those wanting to heal from trauma and those wanting to make significant changes (such as stopping smoking). I always aim to provide a safe and supportive environment and assist you through emotional wholeness. I am fluent in English and Spanish and conduct sessions in either language fluently.
I am the CEO and Founder of Aspire 4 Life Inc., Counseling & Coaching Services. I have over 27 years of experience as a therapist and over 15 years of experience as a Life Coach. I am also NLP certified. My experience is vast, specializing in areas from adolescence through geriatrics, and with women.
