The group will educate you on the ways we self sabotage and allow our past to hold our present hostage. Mindful Living- Workshop
If you are interested in living a more fulfilling and content life, come join us for this workshop to explore life challenges that hold us back. We will use creative action therapies which involve movement, breath and body. Psychodrama is one of these experiential action therapies, which allows, through role play, to process unresolved issues from the past, explore current confusions or "stuckness" and can also address anxiety about the future.
