I specialize in working with insightful, motivated individuals seeking to overcome past hurts (presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma symptoms and/or spiritual crisis). I assist clients in identifying and changing core beliefs to assist them in meeting personal and professional life goals. I have nearly 20 years of clinical experience in the field. I utilize EMDR, DBT, and a variety of other modalities to address each person's needs. Also, I can incorporate Christian faith and practices into the counseling process per client request; however, I work with individuals from all walks of life.
I am EMDR-II trained, DBT certified, and extensively trained in play therapy. My therapeutic style is both compassionate and direct in my approach. Katheryn is a licensed supervisor in Tennessee and Mississippi. She serves as the Clinical Director of Hope Evergreen LLC by overseeing the other clinicians on the team
