As a holistic therapist, I address the whole person- a mind, body and spirit approach. In my 20+ years of clinical experience, I believe therapy works because it provides a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate and sacred space to explore your life. I see this work as a process of healing and recovery which enables you to find balance and peace of mind. Clients will learn that their experiences have valuable lessons and there is meaning to be found even in the struggle. "Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around." Vanilla Sky
As an integrative psychotherapist, I have experience and knowledge of therapeutic principles and techniques, which can help you better cope with emotions, gain insight, develop skills and meet your goals: Body-centered work, EMDR, hypnotherapy, expressive arts, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, BioMat Therapy.
Clients will learn a holistic self-care approach to address relationship issues, pain management, weight loss, grief and loss, anxiety, depression and addiction. We are flexible so if it's not convenient for you to come into our office, we also offer life coaching and online counseling.
