I want to help you get to a better place! I listen carefully to your unique story without judgment, and cherish the privilege of helping you make good decisions about your future within your value system. My belief is that therapy is about a humble self-love, whereby you learn to balance your needs and to advocate for them, while always keeping in mind the needs of the people who are essential in your life. Therapy is also about finding courage to deal with the challenges life presents you. This is slightly easier when you partner with an experienced therapist who cares deeply about your peace, success, and happiness.
I have a profound passion for working with couples. I believe in doing everything you can to save your relationship, especially if it started with big, big love! Sometimes you just need to heal the hurts that you were able to set aside in the early days of your joy together. I utilize researched techniques, such as Gottman Therapy, and 30 years experience!
I chose to study men's issues early in my career so I could understand what men need, as I felt I had more insight into the needs of women. Therapy 101 is learning to courageously advocate for your own unique needs, selflessly consider the unique needs of your partner, and then truly finding joy in making each partner's dreams come true!

The purpose of this group is to share common struggles that lead us to ignore our fitness and be challenged by weight even though we may say everyday, "I want to be fit and at a healthy weight." Food, nutrition, recipes are shared; fitness goals and strategies are discussed; the impact of stress and strategies to counter it are discussed. The importance of sleep in weight/fitness are discussed along with strategies to improve.

This group addresses the unique issues that men face in life, and how they differ from equally valid issues for women.Many relationship concerns are addressed including sexual concerns, parenting,making time for your partner, finding time for yourself, "anger and other ways that men connect," and yes, we have to talk a little bit about mom's and dad's influences on you, and no they weren't perfect, but you can still love them! And we'll discuss how to build quality in the relationship you have so don't have to look for another.
