I have provided psychotherapy to all ages for 24 years. I primarily do individual therapy with adults and teens. I provide in-person (preferred) and Telehealth therapy. I treat an array of clinical issues: depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders (panic disorder, GAD, PTSD, etc.), eating disorders, schizoaffective disorder, psychosis, personality disorders (borderline, narcissistic, antisocial, etc.), anger, life stress, and substance abuse/dependence. I assist clients dealing with various life stressors including job loss, grief, trauma, adjustment issues etc. I encourage and advocate for coping versus avoidance behavior.
Please reach me directly by email. My email address is dr.stephenblad (at gmail.com). I find that I have a quicker response to emails than voicemails. The 427-5068 number is one created by Psychology Today to track calls made through their website. Individual and intake appointments are offered Monday - Friday from 7am-5:30 pm.
If you can email me what you are wanting help for and if you will be private pay or using insurance, that would be much appreciated! Also, what days and times work for you would also be helpful! Thank you!
