Choosing a more satisfying life depends upon self understanding. Mindfulness teaches life is four fold: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Each life's meaning is learned automatically through each of these four levels. We all flow into outer as well as hidden inner-actions and combinations of both. We all grow continually each moment, as we choose to accept, avoid, or wait. Mindfulness offers us unfolding loving kindness to guide us. My counseling sessions point away from negative habits while encouraging and choosing new healthy ones, practiced during mindfulness meetings, and as chosen by you for your daily life.
Physical, emotional and mental balance assure healthy growth. I will help you recognize and recover from learned-imagined separation. Awareness of current experience helps disprove and dissolve conflicts held in memory. As we identify and practice acceptance of life's beauty and mystery, anxiety, conflict, depression, and addiction evaporate.
