Relating with others through sincere interest and in a caring way has been shown to improve quality of life, while maintaining and managing the energy to do so is a bridge that many of us try to cross. Now that you are taking an active role with your health and well-being, we look forward to helping you discover what's best for you.
I suggest that a primary barrier to therapeutic change for the client who has experienced relational trauma in early childhood is the limited ability to use one's associative memory during interpersonal exploration. - M.W. Summerlin, Ph.D (Dual Origins of Personality).
