We are looking for clients that are motivated to make lasting changes in their lives. Most clients are looking for a nonjudgmental listener that can competently address their presenting issues and provide skills, tools and a trusting therapeutic relationship. As human beings we all have the need to be accepted, heard and understood. Our practice is supportive in nature and our approach is based in attachment and relational psychotherapy. Essentially, we work with people we like and who want to change their lives and the way they function. We manage an interactive client portal to allow supportive communication in between sessions.
3-6 Month Waiting list for daytime appointments only. We offer short and longer term counseling to adults, adolescents, children and families. We are a training facility and have counselor interns available for reduced fees for individuals with high deductibles or without insurance.
Asking for help is a skill. We recognize that you have reached a point in your life that you need help managing what is occurring and are ready to make changes. We look forward to working with you!

We are planning to offer a parenting group for foster parents and pre-adoptive parents who are struggling to manage the behavior of the traumatized children in their care. The focus is on trauma informed parenting techniques, attachment focused interventions and developing healthy bonds with these children.
