Balancing Career and Recovery
Trying to manage a high stress career and your recovery can feel overwhelming. Sometimes it feels like you have to choose between your job and working a program. In this group, you will learn strategies to manage the stress of a demanding job, recognize when you are at risk for relapse and how to continue to stay engaged in your recovery, even when you are super busy, so you can take care of yourself in the present and stay on track with your future goals. You will hear from others who struggle with many of the same challenges.
