We specialize in the treatment of disordered eating including Anorexia, Bulimia and Binge Eating as well as drug/alcohol addictions and mood disorders. We offer a H.A.E.S. focused, weight-neutral approach, with attention to not only the internal but external factors that affect thoughts, behaviors and emotions, but also external factors such as diet culture, systemic oppression, perception of family systems and more. We offer education, support, straight-talk and practical feedback to help understand and resolve long-standing behavior patterns that have simply become too emotionally draining and physically consequential.

We offer outpatient treatment services including highly specific and focused weekly treatment/support groups, individual & family psychotherapy, nutritional counseling, hypnotherapy, creative arts therapies, drug and alcohol abuse evaluations and more. We aim to accommodate those who need evening and/or weekend hours, both virtually and in-person.

We enjoy membership with the National Association of Social Work (NASW), the National Eating Disorders Assoc. (NEDA), The Academy for Eating Disorders (AED), AGPA (American Group PSychotherapy Association), BEDA (Binge Eating Disorders Association), and many others.

This group is for those who have tried everything to become and maintain a body size one is comfortable with and to learn to eat only when physically hungry.It includes open discussion as well as CBT techniques, peer support and alternative coping skills building. Requires an initial commitment of 10 sessions. A comprehensive psychosocial assessment/screening is nrequired to enter the group. We do not participate in managed care plans but are happy to provide monthly receipts for to submit for out-of-network benefits if applicable.

For females ages 16-35, the group offers support and concrete coping skills building for those actively in treatment for Anorexia, Bulimia and other forms of disordered eating. Requires an initial commitment of 10 sessions. A comprehensive psychosocial assessment/screening is required to enter the group. We do not participate in managed care plans but are happy to provide monthly receipts for to submit for out-of-network benefits if applicable. ONE MUST ALREADY BE IN INDIVIDUAL THERAPY OR INITIATE INTO INDIVIDUAL THERAPY TO BE IN THIS GROUP.
