I am a highly experienced, warm, NJ and NY licensed psychologist trained at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. Treatment specialties include: Women's Issues (incl. Adolescent DBT Group
ADOLESCENT DBT GROUPS at The Koch Center in Waldwick, NJ. Held on Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Groups teach the 4 DBT Skills: Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Mindfulness, and Emotion Regulation. New members accepted. For teens who have difficulty with mood problems, acting out behaviors, self-harm, relationship difficulties. (We also have a separate Middle School DBT Group - call or email for more info).
