This group is for high school aged girls who are struggling with the isolation and transition of being out of school due to Coronavirus. This group will create an opportunity for girls to meet virtually through video chat, and process their emotions during this tough time. This group will create an opportunity to share anxious thoughts, and learn skills to help cope with some of that anxiety. We ask for a four week commitment to create a sense of community. We know that this pandemic has created a lot of anxiety and depression for teenagers as they isolate at home without the normalcy of their every day life. This group will create an opportunity to share thoughts, feelings,learn coping skills and work on social skills. We ask for a four week commitment to create a sense of community.
