I use a therapeutic coaching approach in teaching you how to feel differently - refusing to be reactionary to negative circumstances. You will better understand your emotions, resentments and dissatisfactions. You will learn how thoughts and beliefs (largely due to early life experiences) created how you respond to situations and to others.
The therapeutic relationship is unique - requiring a high level of trust. As a certified coach as well as a clinician, we work together to achieve your goals. The only requirement of you (the patient/client) is that you want change to occur.
